As a Christian goal-setting and accountability coach, I become your accountability partner on your journey to accomplish that special thing you've been eager to start.
Whether it is starting a creative business, decluttering your home, transitioning to a vegetarian diet, or being consistent with reading your Bible, having the right tools and accountability are crucial to the completion of your goals.

Part of the coaching process includes getting clear on the vision, identifying the obstacles, reviewing your schedule and setting up a plan of action for you to move forward.

One-on-one Coaching

Goal-setting
You have a goal in mind and need clarity to move forward. You can hold yourself accountable or you already have an accountability partner.
During this 90-minute session, we will create SMART Goal(s), identify roadblocks and set up a plan of action that suits your needs.

You will receive a summary email within 48 hours following the session.

Goal-Setting & Accountability
Having an accountability ensures you remain motivated and build confidence as you move toward your goals. Your coach will ask thought-provoking questions so you can get fresh a perspective and stay focused on your "why".

This program spreads over 5 weeks. It includes weekly 1-hour meetings with your coach and daily email/text access. Individual meetings are also offered.

Talk-it-Out
Faced with a faith-based concern, this service is for you. It could be a roadblock, needing wisdom regarding a certain matter or just need to partner with someone in prayer.

You may use this time to air out some frustrations or speak some ideas out loud to get clarity. Sometimes a fresh perspective is all you need for your next.
