Service Description

This service is designed for those who have a short-term goal and need someone to help them get started and/or keep them accountable. We will work together to help you understand your why, come up with a SMART (Specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-based) goal and create an action plan to follow. We will come up with tools to keep you motivated on your journey and build your confidence as you move forward. You will get weekly 1-hour video conference sessions with your coach, daily text/email access and worksheets where necessary to guide you on your journey.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you. Long-term paid coaching services i.e. Goal-Setting & Accountability, involving online meetings and communication between staff member of Shy Girl by NK and client beyond one meeting are 100% refundable when refund is requested 24 hours or more prior to the first session. Service may be refunded at 80% of purchase price within 48 hours following the first 60-minute online meeting. No refunds are available beyond that point. Single-session paid coaching services i.e. Goal-Setting, involving one online meeting between staff member of Shy Girl by NK and client are refundable in full only when service is cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled session. Client renounces any right to a refund beyond that point.
