Ingredients
1 bag Spring mix (arugula, spinach etc.)
3 tomatoes
1/2 red onion (more or less depending on your taste)
3 garlic cloves
Raw walnuts and/or pecans
Avocadoes (optional)
Seasoning
Lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
3-4 tbsps of apple cider vinegar
3 tbsps of olive oil
Vegetable spices
Salt
Pepper
You will need
Sieve
1 large bowl
Mixing spoon
Tablespoon
Knife
Prep
1. Add the spring mix to a bowl. Cut the tomatoes in cubes and your onion and add them to the bowl.
2. Mince the garlic with a garlic press directly into the bowl.
3. Add the spices: salt, pepper, and salad mix. Mix.
4. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and oil, mixing after each element.
5. If using avocadoes, cut them in cubes and add them to the mix last.
6. Add raw walnuts and/pecans for some added crunch.
