That means letting go of the ways of the world and trusting God to mold us into the women he intended for us to become. As we surrender to this strenuous, sometimes difficult, yet rewarding process, we increasingly begin to witness the beauty in every season, every experience, every lesson, and every moment spent with our Lord.
FAITHFULLY is your companion in applying the word of God to every area of your life, from the smallest things to the biggest decisions. And it all starts with surrendering. Romans 12:1 tells us:
“I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.”
Because Christ came to offer Himself as a sacrifice acceptable unto the Father on our behalf, we are called to offer our lives to Him. This is a process we like to call “the undoing”. It is the idea of letting go of the self to allow the Spirit of God to move through us. It is a stripping away of the desires of the flesh; a forsaking of the distractions of the world; a laying down of our own perception of how our lives should be to allow the Most High to download his will into us. As daunting as that may sound, it is the most advantageous and rewarding thing anyone could do. At FAITHFULLY, we can boldly make such claims because we have experienced it ourselves.
As you navigate through the resources and content available on this platform, we hope that the following occurs in your life: (1) that you be transformed from the inside-out; (2) that you may begin to think the highest thought; (3) that you would challenge yourself; and (4) that your mind may expand beyond the confines of what you know.
3 John 1:2 says:
“Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
Here, we understand that the soul plays the utmost part in our overall wellbeing. And that is the part we seek to help treat. Our soul is affected by everything we hear, see, feel, experience, whether negatively or positively. It is a result of the thoughts we constantly play in our mind which shape our perception of ourselves, our world, and our situation. We want to heal on the inside so that our outside may follow.
Once we have taken the first step of surrendering, Romans 12:2 then proceeds to counsel us to
“not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.”
Our mind is constantly filled with ideas and suggestions and ways of thinking. Most of us accept every idea without filtering them, which then affects our beliefs, values, and behaviors. At FAITHFULLY, we renew our mind with the word of God, which we regard as the ultimate truth, as the highest thought. We want to start seeing things through the eyes of God.
In Jeremiah 29:11, our Father tells us
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
There is no one who desires to see us flourish more than Elohim, our Creator. Our thoughts are small compared to Him and if we desire to truly walk in purpose, we must look to the designer of our lives.
